Our Mission
ICF of Oklahoma was formed to help bring the numerous benefits of insulated concrete form construction to all parts of Oklahoma, North Texas, and beyond. For us, it's really about helping to educate home owners and builders about the benefits of a proven, resilient, and sustainable construction technology that could greatly impact the energy efficiency and durability of new residential and commercial structures.
Our Story
ICF of Oklahoma, founded in 2022 by John Sevier, is an evolution of Insulated Concrete Forms and More, a sustainable building company serving the Oklahoma market since 2013. John learned about and utilized Quad-Lock ICF in the construction of a custom home in late 2021 and knew that Insulated Concrete Forms needed to be the standard of construction in Oklahoma, not only because of its resilience and strength, but because of the product's ability to dramatically reduce a building's energy usage by 50% or more over standard wood framed construction.
Building on the legacy of Insulated Concrete Forms and More, John's goal is to continue to bring more awareness of the benefits of ICF to Oklahoma consumers and builders alike. ICF technology has been around since the 1960s and yet, most people in and around Oklahoma just aren't that familiar with the concept. Those that are familiar with it, often don't realize how easy it is to build with.
Our goal at ICF of Oklahoma is to:
1. Inform home owners and builders about the benefits of construction with insulated concrete forms.
2. Teach them how to design and build with it.
ICF of Oklahoma will guide you through the building process from materials estimates, material procurement, consulting and support, and even turnkey installations.
