Quad-Lock Metal Brackets are made from galvanized sheet steel and are designed to fit over Quad-Lock Panels. The brackets have holes that match each panels' foam interlocking knobs and slots that allow the ties and tie flanges to be inserted into the panel once the bracket has been placed.
CBO - The outside corner brackets are used on every row of the outside corner panels, with the exception of the top row, and as reinforcement for the back side of T-walls.
CBI - The inside corner brackets are used on every row of the inside corner panels, with the exception of the top row, and on the inside corners of T-walls.
CBA - Angle brackets are hinged brackets that allow wall angles of almost any degree to be easily formed and braced. Angle brackets are only needed on the outside of the angled wall.
CBW (Special Order) - End Cap brackets help to form insulated wall end caps with short panel pieces, replacing lumber form work and bracing.
CBS (Special Order) - Straight brackets are used at 4-way intersections for added support.
Quad-Lock's individual panels make it easy to construct a wall that fits your specifications. From concrete core thickness of 4", 6", 8", 10" and beyond, to a combination of Quad-Lock panels that unlocks R values of 22, 28, 30, 38, 43, 45, 53, and 59! The Quad-Lock System can do it all.
